[Antoine Cantin] One-Handed Last Layer Methods

Antoine discusses the different 3x3 last layer methods and how viable they are for one-handed solving. Group A: OLL/PLL: 57+21 = 78 algs Orient the last layer, then permute the peices. - Standard - Decent algs - Highly documented https://sites.google.com/site/antoineccantin/oh/pll CPEOLL/2GLL: 15 + 84 = 99 algs Permute the corners and orient the edges, then orient the corners and permute the edges. - Few CPEOLL algs, which are almost all good - Not all that great recognition - Quite finger-tricky https://sites.google.com/site/antoineccantin/oh/cpeoll OLLCP + EPLL: 336 + 4 = 340 algs Orient and permute the corners and orient the edges, then permute edges. - Ton of algs - Many are meh for OH - EPLL is super fast Group B: WV/PLL: 27 + 21 = 48 algs Edges must be oriented: Insert the last slot while orienting corners, then permute the last layer. - Not many algs - Algs are pretty good COLL/EPLL: 42 + 4 = 46 algs Edges must be oriented: Orient and permute the corners, then permute the edges. - Not all that many algs - Quite documented - Decent algs, and EPLL is awesome https://sites.google.com/site/antoineccantin/oh/coll ZBLL: 472 algs Edges must be oriented: Orient and permute corners and permute edges. - Ton of algs - Relatively common - Ton of algs 2GLL: 84 algs (60 without sunes) Edges must be oriented and corners must be permuted: Solve corner orientation and permute edges. - Many algs are really easy (combos of sunes) - All R and U - Quite finger-tricky https://sites.google.com/site/antoineccantin/2gll It is recommended to skim over every method, find the best parts and learn them.
